review of levi's fenom :

comfort:
denim material is superb and soft. the one i had was fenom 1st version and its 14oz denim , which means its heavier (thus more durable).

durablilty:
the stitchings were good compared to normal levis (which are most likely 12oz). the zipper had no problem at all, very fucking smooth, they used TALON zippers on this jeans.

fades:
the one i had was the washed version, so new fades are hard to get.. with the 6 months of wearing i've achieved some very minor creases at the knee and some gradual fades at the front thigh part.

fit:
the fit was pretty baggy. definitely not the type of jeans u want for a perfect fit. this is the 207 cutting, which is basically similar to its straight cut (505) but narrow at the leg opening. the ass area was just too baggy, seriously. initially i liked the fit, but soon after i was leaning more towards the 'nice fitting' look and this jeans don't bring that look well. comments on forums also stated that i should wear less baggy jeans.

who should buy this:
fans of fragment design, japanese streetwear scene followers. if you're buying this jeans for 'brand show-off', i'd suggest u stay away from this.. because this brand isn't well known around malaysia or even internationally (except probably singapore, japan, taiwan) if you're goin for the brand, it's safer to go for evisu, though the standard of evisu lines brought in by Bread & Butter are the entry lines, which means they're the cheapest version available and the price is fucking ridiculous compared to its price in japan.
